Terms and conditions

Cliëntele Motors sells premium pre-owned cars and facilitates trade-in, financing and additional services. You can reach us on 06 38 222 697 or info@clientelemotors.nl.

These terms apply to all offers, agreements and services of Cliëntele Motors, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Deviations are only valid when recorded in writing.

We make every effort to present information about our vehicles (such as price, mileage, year and specification) accurately and up to date. Obvious mistakes or typographical errors are not binding on us. No rights can be derived from images and descriptions where these differ from the actual vehicle.

An agreement is formed at the moment a purchase agreement is confirmed by both parties. A reservation of a vehicle does not give a right of purchase until the purchase agreement has been concluded.

Stated prices are in euros. The method and term of payment are set out in the individual purchase agreement. The vehicle is only delivered after the agreed payment has been made in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the case of a trade-in, the value of the vehicle to be traded in is determined by mutual agreement. The trade-in value applies on the basis of the condition and details of the vehicle at the time of valuation. Differences found on delivery may lead to an adjustment of the trade-in value.

The delivery date is set in consultation. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Warranty arrangements may apply to vehicles sold. The precise content, duration and conditions of the warranty are recorded per vehicle in the purchase agreement. In addition, the statutory rights you have as a consumer apply.

Cliëntele Motors is not liable for indirect damage, insofar as this is legally permitted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Dutch law applies to all agreements with Cliëntele Motors.
